TL;DR: competitive price; shipping delays not clearly stated (and support upon inquiry not too helpful); good packaging; good conditions of the received product. My recommendation: do buy from here if you're after a good price, but maybe avoid it if you *absolutely* need the item(s) within less than a month. I recently purchased a hiking camera backpack from this website. I hadn't heard of it before and I was slightly skeptical as the price of the item was significantly lower than the MSRP, and other websites also listed it at a rather higher price. The good news: the purchase went through and the item arrived perfectly packaged - and from a first glance it looks in pristine conditions! The reason for the 4-stars rating is that the delivery process was subpar. When I bought the item, it was listed as "currently not in stock, but have already been ordered for you [...] in such a way that we can deliver it in 4 to 10 working days [...]". About 40' after the purchase, I got an email (in German) telling me that they would've been able to get the item in 4-10 business days, meaning that the aforementioned delay was not for me to receive the article, but for them to collect it from their supplier. After 15 working days (21 days, counting weekends) with no updates I asked them if they had any idea when the item would've been delivered, and I got a response basically telling "we have no clue, let us know if you prefer to cancel the purchase and ask for a refund". Luckily, two days later I received an email letting me know they were preparing my item for shipping, and I received it 5 days later. As a final note: I went on details not to berate the shop, but to just let others decide if this is acceptable given their needs. I honestly think this was nothing but an inconvenience, hence the 4 stars which is still a positive rating in my view! I will definitely check the website again for future purchases.

Bonjour, commande du 23 03 24 - Je n'ai rien reçu, j'ai fait une réclamation par e-mail le 03 04 24. Toujours pas de réponse. J'ai effectué un paiement en quatre fois avec PayPal, un premier prélèvement a été réalisé. Au 06 04 24 silence...
