Just a very bad experience with DPD : cheating on the tracking and delivery. 3 times calling us to be there, then delaying and filling out in our name requests for a later delivery just to justify a delay ; we had no pb on a later delivery but we really do not appreciate this way of unfair trading, of course trying to be there each time they called us, waiting for nothing. Finally delivered the 4th attempt...
My order has still not been sent ???????????
It's a disgrace. I placed an order for almost 1000 euros on 9 October. You say it will take a maximum of 11 days to receive it. I'm in Belgium until 29 October to receive it and nothing. I explain that I live in Norway and that my horse needs his blankets quickly. I was told that my order would be sent to Norway on 27 October. Today is 4 November and still NOTHING !!!!!
This is unacceptable. Last week we had 40 centimetres of snow, I spent a considerable amount of money a month ago, and my horse is cold !!!!!!
You should at least have sent me what you already had, even if it was in several parcels!
I am extremely disappointed.
